As I began researching how to eat healthy three years ago, one of the most overwhelming things I could think of was just how many things I needed to replace in my refrigerator and pantry before my home would rise to a standard that could be considered healthy.
The second most overwhelming thought, and one that quickly followed the first, was trying to figure out what to replace my pantry’s current contents with…what qualified as truly healthy? What food would heal my family? And how could I do it on our tight budget??
Ok…I had A LOT of overwhelming questions!
That is what we are going to be talking about today…hopefully getting you to a less overwhelming place than I was for a long time.
We are going to talk about how to start the process, what to look for at the grocery store, and how to prioritize for any budget.
So let’s get started!
