I am so excited to introduce a new series today! Over the past couple of months, I have been hearing from several of you that my content has been overwhelming and perhaps leaving you more confused than helped on your road to health.
So we are going back to the drawing board and starting this journey at the very beginning.
It has been a while since I started all of this research to learn how to be healthy and I think that it is sometimes difficult for me to remember what I needed back then so that I can also give that to you.
But wherever you are in your health journey, my goal is to give clear, step-by-step methods of how to get from where you are to are to a place of true health. All that I ask is that you talk to me and let me know what I’m missing or what questions you have as we go!
In this introduction today we are stepping back and reminding ourselves why we should be so motivated to put in the work it will take to transform our diets and our health. I couldn’t be more excited to start this with you!
