Since starting this blog I have learned so much about what it is to be healthy and how far the average American home is from that place!
For those of you that don’t know, my son has struggled with head-to-toe Eczema since he was two months old and it has been one of the toughest struggles I’ve gone through.
But it has a silver lining!
It has caused us to stop and review what, in our home, could be stirring up this sensitivity and what possible toxins we could get rid of!
After overhauling our diet (which I cover in greater detail in this post) the first thing we replaced in our home was the baby wipes!
Our logic was: they are easy and cheap to replace and it is a product that touches our baby’s skin many times EVERY day.
Just to make sure you see where I’m coming from, here is an article outlining the dangers in the average container of baby wipes. And if you can find a brand that is completely toxin-free you will be paying an arm and a leg for it!
So the solution?
Make your own wipes in a way that keeps them extremely convenient AND only uses products that you either have or can get on a budget!
Sound good? Well check out my new video to see what I’m talking about!
My question for you…what is your favorite toxin-free product (DIY or bought) that you can share with us?
