This is the menu I use every week. Every few weeks I will switch up a few of the recipes to keep up the variety.
Once I am at goal weight I won’t keep such a strictly planned schedule but I found that when I didn’t plan it out so specifically I didn’t lose weight as effectively.
I have explained the menus contents more thoroughly in a post here. As you can see, I share as much of it as possible with my daughter, Heidi, as possible so that she is getting all of this nutrition. And, of course, my nursing son is getting all of this nutrition too.
